Calibrate: hold the red button. Speak Language A for a few seconds, then Language B. The button will show the detected language codes during calibration.
Unknown language: if the button shows ?, the language was not detected. Try speaking longer, more clearly, or choose another language.
Translate: after calibration, tap once. The button turns green for Language A or blue for Language B. Tap again to switch direction.
Transcribe: if Language A and Language B are the same, the button shows T and the app transcribes instead of translating.
Photo: triple tap the main button from any state. This stops the current mode and opens the camera in the text area.
Preset tray: swipe up on the main button or bottom band to open saved language pairs. Swipe down to close it. Tap a pair to use it, swipe the tray sideways to browse, or hold a pair to reorder it.
Save pair: after calibration, open the preset tray and tap + to save the current A/B languages.
Photo target: in Photo mode the button becomes white. Tap it to switch the target language. The ISO code, such as RO or EN, is shown in black.
Take photo: hold the white button to capture and translate a sign, menu, instruction, ticket, label, form, or handwritten note. The image is sent for translation and is not saved locally.
Exit Photo mode: double tap the white button to return to full stop without taking a photo.
Stop: double tap the main button. The red button goes silent.
Text size: use + and − in the top bar. Photo translations use the same text size.
Save: use Save to download the current translation as a text file.
The app displays only the translated text. The original transcript is not shown.
